IMAGE ENHANCEMENT –  To help clients understand the significance of the negative choices they made in the past and to help them find success, stability, and happiness in seeing the person they can become.

.VALUES CLARIFICATION – To give clients, who have been living in addiction, a new sense of value and to help them clarify and reawaken the values they already have inside of them.

LIFE CHOICES – To help clients learn that they are able of make the right choices in life for themselves and their family.

YOUR CHILD AND CHOICES – To assist clients in making better choices for their lives and to learn how to build a better relationship with their children.

WALLS MUST COME DOWN To restore relationships between clients and their adult children who have built up walls because of neglect, abuse, and hurt feelings due to parental addiction.

HOME MANAGEMENT – To assist clients who, due to addiction, never learned how manage a household by keeping it clean and orderly, or to teach their children how to do the same.

BUDGETING – To teach clients how to manage money. To show them how to manage household expenses such as buying food, clothing, and paying bills while managing to keep a little spending money, too.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – To teach clients especially women that violence is not love and to show them how to recognize a violent person before they get into a relationship.  To help clients understand or identify the root cause of why they are drawn into that kind of relationship.

MARRIAGE COUNSELING To help resolve marital conflicts that arise due to the addiction of one or both partners, and other problems.

HIGH SCHOOL EQUIVALENCY/GED Classes and testing

EATING DISORDERS To help understand why we eat they way we do, to understand how to discipline ourselves and learn how house food properly. 

The treatment and recovery services at ARMS are exclusive religious in nature and are not subject to licensure or regulation by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. The programs offer only non-medical treatment and recovery methods such as prayers, moral guidance, spiritual counseling and scriptural study.
